Raise is currently hiring a Corporate Talent Partner-Technology on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is a major Canadian airline.
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Corporate Talent Partner in this role will be part of a high-performing talent team that works together to win. The results-driven recruiter with a passion for identifying top-tier technical talent within the Digital and IT space. You should be a natural problem solver who "hustles" to close deals without ever sacrificing quality for quantity. By acting as a consultant to your clients, you will develop innovative marketing and sourcing strategies to uncover hidden talent. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to attract, assess, and deliver the high-caliber professionals our client needs to thrive.
Key Deliverables

Work closely with leaders in our technical and digital departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.

Employ a variety of sourcing methods including leveraging social media, networking, direct sourcing and referrals to build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for various job profiles

Identify events, career fairs to participate and host to enhance 's talent presence

Act as an employer brand ambassador to effectively communicate value proposition as it relates to our hiring needs and to a variety of communities using a diverse and inclusive lens

Work closely with hiring leaders to ensure a proactive workforce planning structure is in place to meet ongoing recruitment needs Collaborate with the broader recruitment team and Talent Systems team to develop and implement new recruiting processes

Set a high standard of excellence (positive candidate experience, collegial "can-do" attitude, proactive mentality, etc.) to meet or exceed team quality output;

Ensure that the recruitment process is compliant with company policies and employment legislation;

Provide advice and/or feedback on any trends and key recruitment metrics within a continuous improvement environment; Partner with the People Relations teams on relevant recruiting and workforce-related issues;

Play a supporting role in the delivery of projects for recruiting initiatives; Provide reporting and analytics to the business as required.

Qualifications
-
5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a mid to large size organization with large-scale recruitment initiatives in all areas of IT Technology.

Demonstrated track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods, including direct sourcing, e-recruiting, and traditional methods, within a multi-faceted, growing business with a complex employee structure

Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)

Demonstrated understanding and ability to stay on top of labour-market trends, current best-practices and future issues pertaining to recruiting and retention

Ability to maintain composure in demanding situations and possess a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude to make things happen Proven ability in building strong and lasting internal relationships by working collaboratively in a complex stakeholder environment

Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities

A positive, team- player and customer focused approach to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity Highly motivated, energetic and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Success Factors is a plus; proficiency with database management, internet search technique, MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required

Valid driver's license along with the ability to travel as required

Education and Certifications

A post-secondary degree is required, with a preference for a Business or Human Resource related discipline
