Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and confident managing both administrative and clinical support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
- Payroll processing
- Supervise and support front desk and clinical support staff
- Support scheduling, client bookings, and service coordination
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction
- Support inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Monitor clinic performance, reporting, and basic budgeting
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health/safety standards
- Support marketing initiatives and client retention efforts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in clinic management, office management, spa management, or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong understanding of and ability to apply the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Employment Standards Act (ESA) in a workplace environment.
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics or wellness industry is an asset
