Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Provide exceptional in-store customer service

Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary

Assist customers with product selection and recommendations

Handle phone inquiries and process orders

Process sales, orders, and special purchases accurately

Coordinate deliveries and supplier orders

Maintain inventory levels and investigate discrepancies

Ensure store displays are clean, stocked, and well organized

Enforce workplace safety policies and PPE compliance

Identify hazards and maintain a safe store environment

Complete incident reports and participate in safety training

Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Customer-focused with problem-solving ability

Knowledge of hardware, plumbing, paint, or building supplies

Reliable with strong organizational skills

Availability to work evenings and weekends
