We are hiring a full-time, Production Operator/ production coordinator/ shipper and receiver to Join our company.
This is a direct hire, for a permanent position.
You will operate our Production lines, coordinate production schedule, and perform shipping and receiving duties.
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities:
Operate, and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Complete work orders and requests in a timely manner.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Place parts on fixtures for processing.
Remove parts off of fixtures after processing.
Inspect parts after processing.
Package parts for shipping.
Receive parts, and assign them to the production schedule
Ship parts upon completion
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields would be an asset.
Previous experience as a lead hand would be an asset
Previous experience in shipping/receiving, would be an asset
Forklift driving experience would be an asset
Ability to handle physical workload.
Ability to work independently, without supervision.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Not on bus route. Reliable transportation is necessary.
