Canvasser / Brand Ambassador – Flexible Hours (Students Welcome)

Pay: CA$20/hr base + comission
Schedule: Weekday afternoons (3:30–7:30pm) & weekends (12–7pm) with flexibility
What this job actually is
You'll walk residential neighbourhoods in Kelowna and the Okanagan, knock on doors, and start conversations with homeowners about concrete coating services. That's the job. It's outdoor, independent, and face-to-face. If you're comfortable talking to strangers and handling the occasional "no thanks," you'll fit right in.
No cold calling. No office. No sitting at a desk.
What you earn
$20/hr base — guaranteed from the moment your shift starts — plus comission for every qualified lead you generate.
A rep generating 2–3 qualified leads per shift is clearing $30–$35/hr. Our best performers do more than that.
Reps who are coachable and consistent are averaging $28+/hr within their first 30 days.
What you'll do
- Canvass targeted Kelowna and Okanagan neighbourhoods
- Start conversations with homeowners and introduce IronRock's services
- Generate leads and book free consultations for our install team
- Follow up with interested homeowners and hit weekly targets
- Represent IronRock professionally at every door
What we're looking for
- Comfortable starting conversations with people you've never met
- Coachable. You take feedback and apply it immediately
- Reliable . You show up for your shifts and follow through
- Comfortable with rejection. A "no" doesn't rattle you
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation around Kelowna
- Students, recent grads, and career changers are all welcome
No sales experience required. We train from day one.
