Job Description (HVAC Sales – Leads Provided)
Overview
We are hiring an HVAC Sales Representative in Toronto/GTA.
All leads are provided — this is NOT door-to-door or cold calling.
You will follow up with inbound leads and close sales using our CRM system.
Sales Process (Important)
* Company provides daily leads (no need to find customers)
* Follow up with leads via phone/text
* Book appointments and close deals
* Track all activities in our CRM system (GoHighLevel)
Responsibilities
* Contact and follow up with assigned leads
* Provide quotes and explain HVAC options
* Close sales and update CRM
* Coordinate with installation team
Requirements
* Sales experience preferred
* Comfortable working with CRM/software
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated and organized
* Valid driver’s license
Compensation
* Commission-based (high earning potential)
* Consistent lead flow provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
