As the Graphic Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the creation of high-quality embroidered products. You will be responsible for executing intricate designs with precision and attention to detail. This position requires a keen eye for design, proficiency in operating embroidery machines, and a passion for creating beautiful and unique pieces.
Scope:
- Set up and operate embroidery machine.
- Inspect embroidery machines to maintain a high level of quality control for customer needs.
- Interpret and transfer design patterns onto various fabrics using embroidery machines.
- Manage time wisely to ensure all orders are completed for agreed upon date.
- Ensure accurate placement and alignment according to customer specifications.
- Select the correct threads, needles and stabilizers for the specific job.
- Monitor machine performance and perform maintenance when necessary.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with embroidery or related field preferred.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
