Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, knowledgeable in advanced aesthetic treatments, and committed to delivering outstanding results and customer care.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for skincare and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including Oxygen Facials, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Aerolase laser treatments, skin tightening, and other skin rejuvenation procedures
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and create customized treatment plans for clients
- Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and maintained according to health and safety standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and treatment protocols
- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend appropriate home-care regimens
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualification
- Medical Aesthetician diploma or certification required
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic required
- Experience with Morpheus8 and Aerolase required
- Strong knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and medical-grade skincare products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
