Residential Cleaner Full Time/Long Term

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our growing cleaning business in Milton and surrounding areas. We need one special individual to take on full responsibility of our existing and growing client list, working independently. Part-time hours are available during 6 weeks one on one training, with full-time hours once training is complete. Starting wage $20 per hour. Will increase after training with room for consistent raises in the future. The more dedicated, reliable and hard working the individual depends on rate increases.
The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services in client homes and offices. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role requiring strong time management and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Maintain high cleaning standards and professionalism in client homes
- Safely use cleaning tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
Qualifications
- Residential or custodial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability and adaptability to learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to constructive feedback
- Reliable vehicle required
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment during training. Once employee is independently working they will restock their own products as needed
