Baton Rouge Moncton is seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner / Expo to support seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room. This role ensures timely, accurate delivery of food, maintains presentation standards, and supports an exceptional guest experience. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate food orders between kitchen and service staff to ensure accuracy and timing
- Deliver food promptly to guests while maintaining presentation and quality standards
- Act as the point of communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
- Check dishes for completeness, proper plating, and special requests
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and service areas
- Support team members during peak service periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
