We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Esthetician to join our skincare and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, enhance client satisfaction, and promote our range of aesthetic services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with outstanding guest service in a welcoming environment. The Medical Esthetician will be responsible for delivering customized skincare solutions, performing body waxing, and other aesthetic procedures, while ensuring a clean and safe environment. Ideally will have their own clients, with adding more to their daily schedule.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and other advanced procedures tailored to client needs
- Conduct body waxing, microneedling, hydrafacial.
- Provide excellent guest services by understanding client concerns and recommending suitable treatments and products
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product demos to enhance their experience and promote retail sales
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and guest inquiries
- Upsell skincare products and treatment packages to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Ensure all treatment areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health standards
- Stay informed about the latest trends in esthetics, skincare innovations, and new service offerings
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and product recommendations clearly
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to enhance client engagement
- Ability to perform front desk duties including scheduling and guest services efficiently
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism
