Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Relations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, sales pipelines, and client data.
- Conduct analysis on client feedback, usage patterns, and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or service improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention campaigns.
- Provide insights and reports to senior management regarding client health metrics and potential risks.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by guiding them through product features and service offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or client services within SaaS or financial services industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend strategic actions.
- Experience working with marketing teams on client engagement strategies is a plus.
- Prior exposure to SaaS solutions or financial products will be advantageous for understanding client needs effectively.
