We're looking for an experienced Senior Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, wellness, luxury guest experiences and building lasting client relationships. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional facial, body treatment and esthetic services tailored to each guest's individual needs
- Provide professional consultations and customized skincare recommendations
- Perform a wide range of services including facials, body treatments, waxing, laser, manicures, pedicures and makeup
- Create an elevated guest experience from consultation through completion of every service
- Educate guests on professional skincare, treatments and at-home product recommendations
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, professionalism and personalized care
- Drive retail sales through genuine product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, treatments and ongoing education
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism and attention to detail
- Collaborate with a supportive team of talented beauty and wellness professionals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional esthetics experience
- Well-rounded experience across a variety of esthetic services, including facials, body treatments, waxing, laser, manicures, pedicures and makeup
- Strong skincare knowledge and the ability to confidently assess and recommend treatments and home-care products
- Excellent retail and product sales experience
- Exceptional communication, consultation and client care skills
- A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences
- Experience working with Comfort Zone, Institut Dermed, Jane Iredale or other premium professional brands is a strong asset
- A commitment to continued education and professional development
