Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to sales efforts
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or communications is recommended
- Strong, confident communicator with a naturally friendly and engaging personality
- Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone and/or in person
- Positive attitude with the ability to stay composed in fast-paced, performance-based environments
