Looking for a Chauffeur. My current Driver is moving to another province. He is a
recently retired truck driver and I am looking for a suitable person to replace him. The
attributes which set him apart are reliability, excellent/safe driving, confidentiality and
likability. He has taken the burden of driving and made my life stress free.
The job involves mainly highway travel from Sherwood Park/Edmonton (home) area to
destination cities within 5 hours drive.
Well-appointed vehicle (one ton truck) in great condition is supplied by the owner.
Work hours typically involve leaving the Edmonton area from 2 to 6 pm on Fridays and
returning on Sunday evening leaving the destination city from 4 to 9 pm and returning to
the home city.
Mileage/per diem as well as accommodation provided as part of the compensation
package to the Chauffeur contractor.
A clean drivers abstract is required with no evidence of driving violations/accidents. A
Class 1 or similar ticket would be viewed favorably. Would consider a Class 5 with
suitable experience.
A professional atmosphere is required (no phone calls when driving, no air pods/beats,
clean and neat in appearance and punctual). 100% focused on driving.
Cleaning/refueling of the vehicle is required as per owner’s request during down time.
Experience in professional driving is preferred but not mandatory.
