With multiple custom homes, coach houses and larger residential projects underway — including exciting out-of-town options — we are looking for an experienced Lead Site Supervisor to join our team.
Based out of Langley, BC, the majority of our projects are located throughout the Lower Mainland, with opportunities for select out-of-town work on larger custom residential builds.

What You’ll Be Leading
You’ll oversee residential construction projects from start to finish while working closely with ownership, project management, trades, and clients.
Projects include:
- High-end custom homes
- Coach houses
- Residential renovations
- Unique custom residential builds
- Commercial Tenant Improvements
You will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating trades, schedules, and workflow
- Maintaining quality control and site safety
- Reading plans and executing details accurately
- Leading crews with professionalism and accountability
- Keeping projects organized, efficient, and on schedule
- Communicating proactively with project managers and clients
- Maintaining clean, professional jobsites
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong leader and communicator
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Experienced in residential construction from framing through finishing
- Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple moving parts
- Accountable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Passionate about quality craftsmanship
- Interested in growing with a long-term company
Ideal Experience:
- 5+ years in residential construction
- 3+ years supervising construction projects or crews
- Strong carpentry background
- Experience with:
- Framing
- Finishing carpentry
- Exterior finishing
- Renovations
- Custom home construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience coordinating trades and schedules
- Red Seal Carpentry certification considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
