Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous Marriott hotel experience and be proficient in the FOSSE Property Management System. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring efficient front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing using the FOSSE system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain Marriott brand standards and service excellence.
- Assist with phone calls, reservations, and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous Marriott hotel experience is required.
- Proficiency in the FOSSE Property Management System is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk or hotel guest services experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to work weekends and statutory holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
