Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to grow our business through business-to-business (B2B) sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and working directly with contractors, builders, and designers.
This is a field-based position, focused on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and increasing sales within the Lower Mainland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and developers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and renovation industry
- Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and presentations
- Promote GL STONE products and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing, and project opportunities
- Collaborate with the showroom and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales / B2B sales
- Experience in building materials, stone, tile, or construction industry is a strong asset
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
