We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting sales efforts through upselling, and ensuring accurate data entry for all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services when appropriate.
- Enter and update customer data accurately within the company’s database systems.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
