We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Parts & Inventory Specialist to become a key member of our team.
In this role, you'll be the hub between our technicians, customers, suppliers, and warehouse, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do
- Provide quotes and process sales for parts, products, and service requests for customers, technicians, and walk-in traffic.
- Manage inventory across multiple locations to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Receive, organize, and track incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our business software.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Order materials and replenish stock as required.
- Work with suppliers to source products and negotiate pricing when appropriate.
- Monitor warehouse and service truck inventory levels.
- Review incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling when required.
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management software.
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in industrial or construction-related products.
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions independently.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Valid driver's license.
Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, parts sales, or the overhead door, construction, industrial, or building supply industries would be considered a strong asset.
