Job Overview
As our Parts Shipper/Receiver, you are the gatekeeper of our warehouse inventory. You will manage the daily flow of GM parts, aftermarket accessories, and tire shipments. Your primary focus is ensuring every part entering or leaving the building is accurately scanned, verified, logged into our Dealer Management System (DMS), and binned correctly. You will also operate the dealership delivery vehicle to handle parts deliveries for our wholesale clients and regional partners as required.
Core Responsibilities
· Receiving & Data Entry: Receive daily GM orders, couriers, and local parts orders. Verify physical counts against packing slips and use our inventory system to log parts into inventory immediately.
· Parts Deliveries: Load the dealership delivery vehicle and safely transport parts to local wholesale accounts, mechanical shops, and collision centres as required.
· Discrepancy Tracking: Identify, log, and report any shipping damages, shortages, or overages through our system and the GM GlobalConnect portal.
· Special Order Parts (SOP): Route incoming special orders directly to the correct bin and promptly update the system status to trigger automated advisor and customer notifications.
· Returns & Core Management: Prepare, document, and palletize GM cores, scrap parts, and warranty returns according to General Motors manufacturer standards.
· Warehouse Care: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse footprint
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
