About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for Senior Associate to join their team downtown Toronto! This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys complex work, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, strategic legal solutions. You will work alongside experienced professionals on sophisticated matters while continuing to expand your advocacy, analytical, and leadership skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and support a broad range of commercial dispute matters from strategy through resolution
Lead and assist with corporate and business disputes, including shareholder and partnership matters
Contribute to litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings
Support urgent and high-impact court applications and motions
Take ownership of files with appropriate autonomy
Collaborate with lawyers across multiple practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Minimum 4+ years of commercial litigation or dispute resolution experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Sound professional judgment and attention to detail
A collaborative, team-oriented approach
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work
Interest in ongoing professional growth and development
About the Job
This is an on-site role located in Downtown Toronto, ON
Competitive salary starting at $170,000 and incentive package, to be determined based on experience
