What you will be doing
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for optimizing inventory levels across multiple branches and the Distribution Centre while ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and supporting effective inventory management processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and optimize inventory levels and replenishment settings across all locations.
Identify and manage excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Review inventory and sales trends to support inventory planning and decision
making.
Maintain accurate inventory data within ERP and Inventory Management Systems.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Manage supplier return processes and defective inventory.
Coordinate inventory reallocations, returns, and product discontinuations.
Analyze inventory performance by SKU, category, and location.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and controls.

What you bring to the table
Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Experience managing inventory across multiple locations
Strong knowledge of ERP and Inventory Management Systems (JDE experience is an asset)
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
