Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces to meet cleanliness standards
- Change linens, empty trash bins, and organize items as needed
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow specific client instructions to meet individual preferences and requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working in clients' homes
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thorough cleaning
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
- Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably during shifts
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at job sites
