Condominium Cleaner (Part-Time – 20 hrs/week)
Location: 77 Governors Rd, Dundas
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Clearcare Facility Services is a professional building care and commercial cleaning company serving condominium properties across Niagara, Hamilton, and Burlington. We take pride in maintaining clean, well‑managed buildings and are looking for reliable, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team.
The Role
We are currently hiring a Condominium Cleaner to maintain the common areas of a residential condominium. This is a consistent weekday position ideal for someone who enjoys independent work and takes pride in keeping spaces clean and presentable.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a structured daily cleaning schedule
- Clean and maintain all common areas
- Conduct daily building inspections and report issues
- Remove garbage and recycling to the designated roadside area
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicate daily with the site manager
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Clean police record
- Own transportation to and from the site (required)
Compensation
- $18.00 per hour
- Stable weekday hours (20 hours per week)
