Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of landscape construction experience (Hardscaping)
- 2 year of supervisory experience in a construction position
- Experience with operating equipment (Skid steers, excavators, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong at problem solving
- Ability to read blueprints and execute landscape designs
- Commitment to life long learning
- Class 5 License or equivalent with a clean drivers abstract
- Landscape Journeyman certification or equivalent is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
- Ensure each project is completed on time and on budget
- Successfully mentor and train others on your crew throughout the season
- Manage material needs on site
- Communicate daily with the project manager to ensure the success of the project
- Use LMN software to accurately track employees times and project timelines
- Lead crew in daily safety meetings
- Foster positive relationships with all vendors, employees, and clients throughout the season
- Liaise with other trades that may be working at the property (e.g. carpenters and general contractors).
- Ensure the craftsmanship meets the Jansen standard

Pay: $36.00 per hour
