The Role
This is not a traditional administrative Chief of Staff position. While there are operational and recruiting components, this role is focused heavily on marketing, development, and high-level founder support. You will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, holding teams accountable and ensuring the Founder’s vision is executed flawlessly.
If you have experience as a Chief of Staff or as a senior sales/marketing leader and are seeking to elevate your career in a high-growth environment, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Founder Support & Communications
Executive Ghostwriting: Collaborate with the Founder to write, edit, and publish a weekly newsletter.
Relationship Management: Meet with key partners and enterprise customers to build and nurture high-value relationships on behalf of the Founder.
Inbox & Team Management: Manage critical email workflows, ensuring seamless communication between the Founder and team while holding internal stakeholders accountable.
Marketing & Growth Operations
Campaign Execution: Build and launch "hype campaigns" and marketing sprints every two weeks (e.g., PR pushes, video content releases) in collaboration with the internal team.
Social Media Management: Coordinate and oversee posting and distribution strategies across the Founder's social media channels.
Cross-Functional Accountability: Serve as the central point of accountability for the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring targets are met and projects are delivered on time.
Digital Workshops: Host and facilitate monthly digital workshops for customers, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to distribute and promote these sessions.
Operational Execution & Special Projects
Strategic Project Management: Support company-wide initiatives and strategic projects directly with the Founder/CEO.
Executive Meeting Coordination: Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, board meetings, and investor interactions.
Presentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing board decks, investor updates, and key presentations.
Process Optimization: Identify operational gaps and help build repeatable systems and processes.
Tool Leverage: Utilize modern software tools (Notion, Google Sheets, Superhuman, etc.) to streamline workflows, track projects, and optimize operations. =
