Virden Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating is seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. We are currently accepting applications for Apprentice (all levels) and Journeyperson Plumbers and HVAC technicians.
What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose plumbing and HVAC issues recommending effective solutions
- Complete service calls and construction projects efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and company expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, suppliers and management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)
Qualifications
Apprentice Plumber/Sheetmetal Technicians
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Journeyperson Plumber/Sheetmetal Technicians
- Red Seal or Journeyperson Plumbing OR Sheetmetal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
- Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and mentor apprentices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
