If you’re currently a Site Coordinator, Site Foreman, Assistant Superintendent or an emerging Site Superintendent looking for greater responsibility on a major concrete high-rise project, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Site Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of site operations, helping deliver a complex high-rise development safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who enjoys being on site, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional projects.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 3+ years of construction experience on complex residential, mixed-use or commercial projects.
- Experience as an Assistant Site Superintendent, Site Coordinator, Foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
- Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong commitment to health & safety and quality.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam or other construction management software is considered an asset.
