Our operation includes an underground mine, mill, chemical plant, maintenance, surface operations, and site support teams. Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping inventory and shipping operations running smoothly. This role helps ensure department assets are safeguarded, records are maintained and operational teams receive materials and support they need in a timely and professional manner.
What you'll do:
- Receive, inspect and document supplies, parts and materials
- distribute materials to internal departments and maintain accurate documentation of issued items.
- Support inventory counts, and reconciliation of stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized and secure warehouse area in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide administrative support as required
- Secure and safeguard company assets within the departments jurisdiction in accordance with internal controls
Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma
- Previous warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or administrative experience is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational/administrative skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and online applications
