Job Summary
We're seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Business Development Administrator to help grow our practice by attracting new patients, strengthening community relationships, and executing innovative marketing initiatives. This role involves managing client relationships, outreach and attracting new patients to the clinic.

Duties
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new patients.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, daycares, sports teams, and community organizations.
- Coordinate community outreach events, sponsorships, and health fairs.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, etc.).
- Assist with website updates, SEO initiatives, and online reputation management.
- Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Identify new business development opportunities and partnerships.
- Help implement patient referral and loyalty programs.
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve growth goals.
Skills
- Experience in marketing, business development, sales, or administration preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable networking within the local community.
- Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, Google Business Profile, or SEO is an asset.
- Dental or healthcare experience is an asset but not required.
