Skills We Are Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following is considered an asset:
- Metal roofing installation.
- Asphalt shingle roofing.
- Solar panel installation.
- Siding installation.
- Exterior renovation work.
- Working at heights.
- Roofing tear-offs and prep work.
- Flashing, trim, valleys, ridge cap, drip edge, and related roofing details.
- General construction or labour experience.
Requirements
The right candidate must:
- Have reliable transportation and access to a vehicle.
- Be able to work 40–50 hours per week.
- Be physically capable of roofing and exterior construction work.
- Be comfortable working outdoors.
- Be reliable, professional, and willing to learn.
- Be able to follow safety procedures.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Take pride in quality workmanship.
Training & Safety
