Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management.
- Identify operational risks and implement solutions to improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
- Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure optimal performance.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes for operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and operational software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on results and efficiency.
- Experience in budgeting and resource management is an advantage.
