Responsibilities:
- Keeping up to date with the local real estate market
- Negotiate contracts and other related documents
- Work closely with lawyers, other real estate agents, clients, and related parties
- Represent Royal LePage Kelowna throughout the community
- Knowledge of home inspection processes and financing options for homeowners
- Willingness to develop personalized marketing strategies
License/Certification:
· To become a licensed Realtor, you need to complete provincial requirements. If you are in the process of obtaining your license or are interested in becoming licensed, please complete the application to connect with one of our Brokers who can further aid you.
· Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
