Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Food Service / Front-End Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Prepare and deliver food to catering rooms as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and workstations
- Clean and stock the front of the café, ensuring a well-presented environment
- Restock supplies and ensure displays are organized and appealing
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally
