Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy leading a team to create a welcoming, spotless environment? We’re looking for a Cleaning Team Lead to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests and residents.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the housekeeping team to deliver top-quality cleaning and service.
- Train, motivate, and lead housekeepers to meet company standards.
- Inspect client spaces, and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene guidelines.
- Assign daily tasks, and manage daily operations.
- Handle supplies and inventory needed for the day ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Report and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
- Clean along side the team. This is a hands on field position.
What We’re Looking For:
- English skills (spoken and written).
- Valid work permit to be employed in Canada.
- Previous experience in housekeeping (3+ years), preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if needed.
- Drivers license and ability to drive.
