Unity Hair is a growing, inclusive salon in Dartmouth, offering a wide range of multicultural services, including hair extensions, textured hair care, colour, styling, and hair loss solutions for all hair types and textures. We are currently seeking hairstylists, barbers, and hair extension specialists, and estheticians who want to grow their income, build their clientele, and work in a supportive, professional salon environment.

Responsibilities
● Provide high-quality hair services (cuts, styling, colouring, hair extensions, depending on skillset)
● Build and maintain a loyal client base
● Maintain a clean, professional, and sanitized workstation
● Deliver excellent client experience and consultation
● Work independently or collaboratively within a shared salon space
● Promote services and retail products when appropriate
Who This Role is For
We are looking for motivated hairstylists and barbers in Dartmouth who are:
● Experienced in hairstyling (1+ year preferred)
● Licensed or eligible to work as a stylist in Nova Scotia
● Interested in chair rental or commission salon opportunities
● Comfortable working with diverse hair types and styles (or open to learning!)
● Professional, reliable, and client-focused
● Excited to grow their own business within a salon setting
● Positive, team-oriented, and respectful in shared spaces
