Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Quality-Control Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. On-the-job training.
Duties
- Conduct quality inspections printed products to meet quality assurance standards.
- Operate and monitor machinery (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records of production activities
- Packaging
- Shipping / Receiving Duties
- Some lifting and physical duties
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows
Qualifications
- Ability to perform detailed quality inspections consistently.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Being mechanically inclined, and/or having printshop experience would be a definite asset.
