Finance Coordinator – Orthodontic Office
Our growing orthodontic office is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping and administrative experience who enjoys working in a professional and fast-paced environment.
The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for managing payroll, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and other financial administrative duties to help ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Perform daily bookkeeping and financial data entry
- Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly financial reporting
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with external accountants/bookkeepers when required
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy with all financial information
- Provide administrative support related to office finances
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting experience required
- Experience in a dental or orthodontic office is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and accounts receivable processes
