We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Truck & Trailer Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong mechanical knowledge, be organized, and able to work independently as well as under supervision in a professional shop environment.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Truck & Trailer Mechanic
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Experience with:
Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Brake systems
Suspension
Electrical systems
Preventative maintenance
Engine repairs
Welding experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks and trailers
Perform preventative maintenance services
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Complete repairs efficiently and safely
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow safety procedures and company standards
