We're seeking a hospitality professional who understands that every interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable, elevated experience. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and capable of delivering exceptional luxury service with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury spa, wellness studio, boutique hotel, private club, medical spa, high end salon, or comparable luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional, polished demeanor.
- Strong understanding of luxury client expectations, including discretion, attention to detail, and anticipatory service.
- Experience managing appointment bookings, client inquiries, scheduling software, and guest communications.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable recommending services, memberships, packages, and retail products in a consultative, guest-focused manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and client care.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions without constant oversight.
- Experience handling VIP clientele and confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
