Growing Hope Therapy is looking for Independent Contractors who are inclusive, trauma informed and client centered to join our growing team.
We offer flexible hours where you can create your own schedule, with optional use of an office (up to 3 days per week) and virtual services through Jane App. Current in office availability can be discussed during the interview process. You also have autonomy over the clients you decide to take onto your case load and your session rate.
We desire to support you in building a practice that you are passionate about and competent in to ensure the best client outcomes.
Growing Hope Therapy will provide:

Who we are looking for:
- A Therapist/Clinical Counsellor/Social Worker who is compassionate, client focused, trauma informed and focused on evidence based treatment
- Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent
- Licensed/Registered in the Province of Manitoba with their respective licensing/regulatory body and maintains sufficient continuing education credits to maintain licensure
- Ability to work independently and properly manage case load
- Up to date Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse Registry and Child Abuse Registry
- Has liability insurance or is willing to acquire liability Insurance
- EMDR trained is an asset
- Couples Therapy experience is an asset

Pay: $75.00-$100.00 per hour
