Join Our Team!
We are currently seeking a dependable, professional, and safety-focused Bus Driver to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and comfortably while delivering exceptional customer service throughout every journey.
Our daily line runs operate between Ottawa and Detroit, with scheduled stops along the route and driver shift changes in Toronto. Drivers typically operate overnight routes and return the following morning.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial passenger bus according to assigned schedules and routes.
- Ensure passenger safety by complying with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to passengers at all times.
- Communicate route information, schedules, delays, and other updates clearly and effectively.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those requiring special assistance.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the bus.
- Accurately record passenger information, incidents, and vehicle inspection reports as required.
- Use mobile devices and company applications to scan, verify, and record passenger tickets (training provided).
- Process cash transactions when required.
- Refuel the vehicle and perform light cleaning duties at the end of each shift.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Ontario Class B Driver's Licence with Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
- Clean driving record with a current driver's abstract.
- Must be willing to participate in and comply with the company's Drug and Alcohol Policy and all applicable U.S. DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Must be legally eligible to enter the United States and possess either:
- A valid Canadian Passport, or
- Valid U.S. travel authorization/visa.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to identify and report vehicle issues.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and safety-focused in challenging situations.
- Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar transportation role is an asset, but not required.

Pay: $26.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
