Summary
We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in helping us showcase our diverse range of children's products across our retail stores and eCommerce platform. As a Product Specialist, you will contribute to our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Curate and manage product displays in-store and online to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
- Assist customers by providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Support marketing initiatives by highlighting key product features.
- Stay informed about industry trends related to children's products and eco-friendly items.
- Maintain accurate product information across all sales channels.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or product management, preferably within the children's or eco-friendly product sectors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate customers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of current trends in children's apparel, furniture, or related products is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in inventory management software is preferred.
