To support our ongoing program needs, we are seeking an EPR Support Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Director, Client Relations, this role will contribute to the team's success by supporting internal coordination, data management, and administrative activities related to the EPR Program.
The EPR Support Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and improving the integrity of our client relationship management (CRM) system, including data clean-up, organization, and records management. The role will also provide transactional support for community communications, responding to inquiries and assisting with the distribution of program information as needed.
This position is well suited for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in supporting the effective delivery of environmental programs through strong data and administrative practices.
Core Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital file systems according to provided instructions, including identifying duplicate files, reorganizing folder structures, and flagging discrepancies for review
- Support data integrity and organization within the CRM system, including data clean-up, deduplication, and records management activities as directed
- Support the preparation and coordination of external and internal communications to promote the program's mission and services.
- Provide administrative support to the team for outreach activities and events, services, and activities.
- Support data analysis, knowledge translation, and knowledge dissemination efforts in collaboration with project partners.
- Liaise with administrative support to ensure clear and consistent information dissemination for EPR phone or email inquiries.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage with community members, as defined in the EPR Regulation.
- Analyze business processes and data workflows, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the development of program procedures where necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate SOP documentation.
- Prepare reports to support leadership in making informed and strategic decisions.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.

- Perform other job-related duties and assist other team members as required.
Experience and Competencies
- Post-secondary education in business administration, commun ication, political science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in similar role is an asset
- Strong political and cultural sensitivity.
- Skilled in using Office 365 applications .
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, including demonstrated ability to prioriti ze tasks, manage time, and cope with stress effectively under tight and competing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Recognized strength in engaging groups and facilitation.
