Position Overview:
We are looking for a General Laborer / Framer to join our team full-time. Projects are based in Winnipeg and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction and framing, but we are also open to training the right person who shows commitment and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in framing and other general construction tasks
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load and organize materials on-site
- Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
- Support various stages of residential and occasional commercial construction
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of residential framing practices
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
- Detail-oriented and respectful of clean job site standards
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
