About the Opportunity
Staffmax is recruiting on behalf of a growing Winnipeg-based company in the HVAC and Building Controls industry. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from estimating through completion while working directly with ownership in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC and building controls projects from estimate to completion
- Prepare project estimates and proposals
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field teams
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and project profitability
- Build strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Resolve project issues and ensure successful project delivery
- Support business growth through exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management or Estimating within HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Controls
- Strong understanding of commercial construction projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s lisence
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Controls is considered an asset.
