We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Construction Manager / Superintendent who takes pride in building high-quality homes and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Construction Manager / Superintendent will oversee multiple residential projects throughout the greater Edmonton area.
This role combines site supervision with broader project management responsibilities, including scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, homeowner communication, and post-possession service. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and hands-on when needed, while taking pride and ownership in their projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects from stakeout through possession and warranty service
- Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, inspections, and day-to-day site activities
- Maintain project schedules and help ensure projects stay on track
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper execution and identify potential issues early
- Conduct regular site inspections for workmanship, safety, organization, and cleanliness
- Maintain site documentation, deficiency lists, and service follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, trades, suppliers, and internal team members
- Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively
- Help ensure each home is delivered to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a residential Site Superintendent or similar role
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and trade sequencing
- Experience managing multiple projects at different stages of construction
- Ability to read and interpret residential construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of Alberta residential building codes and construction practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using email, smartphones/tablets, and basic construction software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
