About the position
Reporting to the Manager of the TFS Shop, the duties and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
Familiarize themselves with the school uniform and policies to be able to inform parents accordingly
Greet customers to the Shop and provide assistance with merchandise selection
Advise customers on size and care of merchandise
Prepare merchandise for sale / purchase
Use proper procedures to process sales transactions using our POS system
Assist in organization, restock and display of merchandise
Maintain sales / merchandise organization in accordance with internal control procedures for inventory control
Assist with receiving merchandise and inventory counts
Will be required to lift heavy objects, climb ladders or stand for extended periods of time
Other duties as assigned
Due to the nature of this role, the individual is expected to be flexible with their working hours.
