Kintel General Contractors is currently accepting applications for an Experienced Site Supervisor to join our team full time. Only ICI experienced candidates will be considered.
The ideal candidate will be eager to apply their experience and knowledge of construction practices to a long-term career in a rapidly growing construction company.
Job Description will include:
- Planning and scheduling.
- Contract drawings and specification interpretation.
- Managing the contractors, review of shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Procurement of construction materials.
- Maintaining a safe and clean construction site
- Ensuring high standards of quality are adhered to.
- Must have a level of expertise in all levels of the construction industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manor.
- Must be well organized.
- Ability to effectively interact with other key Kintel jobsite personnel working as a cohesive team
- Must be able to interpret shop drawings and building drawings and provide clear directions to trades.
- Must be able to provide direction to company forces and all subcontractors.
- Must have good communication and computer skills.
- Planning, coordinating and implementing the construction designs.
- Formulating the construction plan and a high level of blueprint understanding.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft software such as, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A minimum of 10 + years construction experience.
- High level of initiative and keen interest in problem solving.
